How to use: Sift your matcha into the bowl, add a small amount of hot water at around 70-80°C and whisk in a zigzag motion until a smooth froth forms. Top with steamed milk or more water to taste. Take your time. That's the whole point.

Care: Rinse your bamboo whisk gently with warm water after each use. Never use soap or put it in the dishwasher. Store on the whisk holder to help it keep its shape.
