Why Okumidori?
Okumidori is a Japanese tea cultivar known for its smooth, mellow character and natural sweetness. It's grown in Mie prefecture, picked in the first spring harvest and stone-milled the traditional way. That makes for a softer, more balanced cup, especially if you've found matcha bitter before.
A ritual you'll look forward to
Routines are easier to keep when they still feel enjoyable. Matcha turns a small part of your morning into something calm, simple and worth looking forward to.

FAQ
Can I drink matcha while following a GLP-1 plan?
Many people enjoy matcha as part of their daily routine. Matcha isn't a medicine and isn't a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. It contains caffeine, about 70mg per serving. If you're taking any medication, or you're unsure about caffeine, speak to your doctor, prescriber or pharmacist before changing your diet.
Is matcha bitter?
Poor-quality matcha can be. Ours is Okumidori, known for a smooth, mellow and naturally sweet flavour, so it's a gentle place to start.
How much caffeine does it have?
About 70mg per serving, roughly the same as a shot of espresso.
Can I drink it hot or iced?
Both. Whisk it with a splash of hot water, then add cold water and ice, or warm milk for a latte.
